All homes are different so price varies based size, height, outbuildings and other factors.
However, a typical house wash will cost between $300 & $600 + HST.
Gutter cleaning typically costs between $150 & $300 + HST. A discount is offered when a house wash & gutter cleaning are booked together.
A house wash includes the removal of dirt, cobwebs, mildew, and other organics from your siding, fascia, soffit, and gutter faces.
Decks, walkways, and inorganic stains such as rust, fallout, and soot are not included in a basic house wash.

The cleaner used to loosen up the dirt, mildew, and cobwebs contains chlorine. In high concentrations it can damage or kill plants. All vegetation is pre-wet and generously rinsed to prevent damage. Delicate plants & vegetable gardens will need to be covered during the wash.
A typical house wash takes 2-4 hours. The time it takes depends on how dirty the house is, if there are any outbuildings, and the size of the house.
An onsite water supply is needed to complete a house wash.
If you are on a well and have concerns, please let me know. Most wells have no issue with supplying the water needed to wash a house.
